Jennifer Perry

As Executive Creative Director, Jen leads our Creative team across all projects. Jen brings two decades of professional creative experience to ThinkArgus. She has held creative positions at NYC, Chicago, and Boston agencies like Deutsch, BBDO, and MullenLowe, producing creative for clients like the Partnership to End Addiction, IKEA, Tylenol, Dunkin’ Donuts, and JetBlue.

Jen has spent years cultivating industry relationships with top-notch production partners and vendors across the country, and brings the power of those great relationships to the ThinkArgus team. A copywriter by trade, Jen’s work has been recognized by industry award shows like the Cannes Young Lions competition, Hatch Awards, One Show, and more. Over the course of her career, she has mentored and managed a broad spectrum of creatives across art, video, copy, and design, helping them to grow their careers and find their creative voice. Jen is passionate about empathetic leadership, and believes that creatives can do their best work when they’re empowered, supported, and encouraged to take risks.

For four years, she took her agency experience to the brand side, building, leading, and growing an award-winning in-house creative agency for a technology brand built to help small businesses succeed. In addition to being our creative leader, Jen is also a marketing consultant for the legalized cannabis industry. Partnering with other female creatives, she also founded a feminist initiative called “What Would a Dude Do?”, which encourages women to know their worth.

Jen lives north of Boston with her husband and two young children. When she’s not dreaming up creative ideas, she loves reading, being outdoors, meditating, and working up a good sweat on her Peloton.
