Eric Jaukkuri

As Chief of Staff, Eric works closely with the CEO and Managing Director, supporting the entire ThinkArgus team on day-to-day operations and company-wide initiatives. Eric approaches his role with humor, problem-solving prowess, genuine curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the power of google. He’s passionate about people and processes – and bridging the gaps between the two.

Prior to his role at ThinkArgus, Eric worked at various biotechs, managing leadership’s operations and multiple initiatives that introduced patient voices to the employee experiences and increased engagement through monthly company-wide activities. Before landing in biotech, Eric worked at Partners HealthCare in Human Resources, coordinating projects in benefits, operations, and inclusivity that had a clear and positive impact on staff, from interns to C-suite alike.

Outside of work, Eric likes to go to Flour, read up on British history, walk his dog Colchester (Chester) through Beacon Hill, workout, travel to new places, and laugh.
