Senior Designer

We’re looking for an awesome Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. Ready to jump in and bring big, important ideas to life, the Senior Designer will be a detail-oriented designer who can see a project from conception through final production. Candidate must have a great understanding of layout, type and color with an aptitude for designing in both the print and web worlds.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the creative team to execute a visual concept through final production
  • Advanced typography skills; designing type layouts and create type systems
  • Present work to creative team, bringing a strong design point of view
  • Create design extensions for creative campaigns, including digital and print executions
  • Own small scale projects independently
  • Create presentation materials for new business pitches
  • Jump in on designs from print to digital to social to experiential

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Superb attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
  • Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns that include print / digital / social / emerging media / and collateral
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign that results in impeccably-organized digital files, Google Suite (After Effects a plus)
  • Familiarity with and/or personal use of popular social platforms
  • Expert proficiency in current Mac versions of Adobe Creative Suite software, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, Word
  • A background in brand identity and print/advertising design is a huge plus
  • Have a can-do attitude and the openness to work any kind of project or campaign
