When GLAD changed their name to become more inclusive of the LGBTQ community they serve, they turned to Argus to create a new visual identity that matched, but also stayed true to their legal-advocacy roots. Our solution was to define a three-part structure that highlights their heritage, what they do, and whom they serve, all while functioning as the core of a visual system for their sub-brands.
Our partnership continued with a major redesign of their website to incorporate the new brand and improve the user flow and experience. We handled the entire process, from content strategy to information architecture, design, development and programming, QA testing, and launch. The new website not only provides users with intuitive ways to search for complex legal information, but also provides a compelling overview of GLAD’s tremendous impact as legal advocates and defenders of the LGBTQ community.
