Dianne Hanlon, Director of Client Services

Dianne is the Director of Client Services and manages a team of seasoned account managers. She is responsible for building client relationships, understanding our clients’ business needs, and providing invaluable insights. Dianne has been immersed in the world of telling brand stories for over 20 years. Before joining ThinkArgus, she has worked with agencies including Mullen, AMP Agency, Mechanica, and KSV and has led initiatives for a diverse array of clients including the US Department of State, Eddie Bauer, Four Seasons Resorts, NASCAR Racepoints, the State of Vermont, National Grid, and GM. Also passionate about mission-driven brands, Dianne has helped a number of organizations share their work, including Community Wealth Partners, The Trustees of Reservations, Crowd Rescue, Energy in Common and MassEquality.
