General Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client needs and meeting clients’ business objectives and strategies.

What you will do

  • Be the face of ThinkArgus, effectively and efficiently leading accounts
  • Manage day-to-day functions including quality control
  • Understand the client’s business challenges to inform strategy. This includes interpreting, prioritizing, and incorporating shifting information into existing strategies
  • Anticipate and navigate around potential pitfalls and know when to escalate issues
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy team on advertising and communications development and implementation
  • Actively evaluate creative work and provide feedback

What you need to have

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of agency or equivalent experience
  • Focus on strategy to provide thought leadership on all managed accounts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment – flexibility and adaptability are essential!
  • Excitement, drive, and hunger to build relationships, solve problems, and exceed client expectations
  • Strong writing background or a passion to learn
