Account Coordinator

ThinkArgus is looking for an excited and driven Account Coordinator to join our team to help build relationships, develop ironclad strategies, and manage impactful creative. At ThinkArgus, we don’t have entry-level roles – every account person is involved in strategy and client work. We’re looking for someone who is driven by creating great work that changes behaviors and impacts the world around us. What you will do

  • Support and partner with a Senior Account Manager or Account Director on multiple accounts.
  • Project manage and administer day-to-day functions including quality control, taking notes on client calls/meetings, and timeline management.
  • Research, write, and provide both client and agency support as needed.
  • Collaborate on development and implementation of agency recommendations, strategies, creative, etc.
  • Anticipate and navigate around potential pitfalls and know when to escalate issues.
  • Assume other agency responsibilities as directed by agency leadership.

What you need to have

  • A minimum of one year of agency or equivalent experience.
  • A basic understanding of the advertising industry and general marketing principals.
  • Excitement, drive, and hunger to be a team player, solve problems, learn the industry, and, of course, exceed client expectations.

ThinkArgus is right near Faneuil Hall and the Greenway in downtown Boston.
